Great service! Would recommend to anyone. Joe is a great guy, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. They take the time to make you feel comfortable (even offering me a beverage and snacks) and give you what I believe to be excellent prices in regard to auto repairs and auto advice. I am also impressed by the speed in which they are able to get things done; having had to call them several times in emergencies and being able to get an appointment almost always within 24 hours. Not to mention, Joe is also great at small talk and you are bound to have a great conversation upon entry! I can say that I am entertained the entire time the car is being worked on. I take the advice here offered from these guys, as I did not feel I was being coerced into any bad deals. All is upfront, honest and professional. Would highly recommend.

Matt and Joe are terrific people. Locally owned and operated. I received a quote from Carl’s Advanced Repair for over $1,300. I needed full brake replacement on my back tires, a new outer tie rod and a couple other things. My husband had originally bought the car from Access Auto as well. I called Joe, and my car was taken care of ASAP. My bill from them came to less than half of what I was quoted from the other mechanic. My car runs like a dream now and I could not have been happier with this outcome. I have been singing their praises to everyone I’ve come in contact with. If you have ANY car need, go to them. They will take good care of you!

I called and visited over a dozen dealerships to find a used Lincoln or Mercury and I was disappointed in almost ever expeirence. The cars were in bad shape and the dealerships were not moving on prices. Others just didn't get back to me. I spoke to Matt on the phone and he was very happy to share all the information about the car. The car was in great shape and was clean and ready to be shown. They worked with me on the price and gave me a great deal. When i picked the car up Joe stayed open almost an hour late waiting for me as I delt with traffic on my trip over. These guys were great in many ways, and made me happy as i left with the car I wanted and got a great deal to boot. Go see them for a used car if you want good service and a clean car!!!!
